British artist only the third to have major solo exhibition at Triumph Gallery, Moscow in 2014

I am delighted to announce the relocation of my studio to Moscow where the I will be preparing new works for the forthcoming solo show at The Triumph Gallery. Founded in 2006 by Emelyan Zakharov and Dmitry Khankin, the gallery focuses on contemporary art and works with major international and Russian artists including AES+F, Vladimir Dubossarsky and Alexander Vinogradov, Alexei Beliayev-Guintovt and Recycle.

Always presenting an innovative exhibition programme, Triumph was the first space in Russia to show works by Damien Hirst in 2006. This was followed a year later by a solo show by Jake and Dinos Chapman. I will be one of the very few British artists to have a solo show at this impressive space; and the only one to physically relocate his studio in order to create immersive works which have a dialogue with their surroundings in Russia. The show is tipped to further explore my Pre-Raphaelite influences and include figurative pieces perhaps referencing my earlier Ophelia works, although incredible complex to produce I am commtited to the project from this point forward.

I have plans to buy a small truck and drive myself and my studio contents to Moscow to the new studio within metres of the Kremlin.
