The eye of a camera woman as a film maker takes up residence in Dark Vat artist residency

Early 2019 Alexander James Hamilton hosted 15 artists in an old photographic paper factory disused since the late 1960's located in Krasnoyarsk, Siberia; the project was called 'Dark Vat'

At the end of the 12 week residency a public exhibition opened to critical acclaim with over 6,000 public visitors to the space in just 6 days.

This short by documentary film maker Elizaveta Stefankina gives you glimpse into the space.
