Early 2019 Alexander James Hamilton hosted 15 artists in an old photographic paper factory disused since the late 1960's located in Krasnoyarsk, Siberia; the project was called 'Dark Vat'

At the end of the 12 week residency a public exhibition opened to critical acclaim with over 6,000 public visitors to the space in just 6 days.
